KEY POINTS:
The mother of kidnapped boy Jayden Headley returns to court today.
Kay Skelton has been in jail since October last year for contempt of court for refusing to disclose the whereabouts of her six-year-old son, who was taken from outside the Hamilton Public Library in August by a friend of Skelton Nikala Taylor.
Jayden had been the centre of a bitter dispute, which saw his father Chris Jones gain custody.
The boy is believed to be in hiding with his grandfather Dick Headley somewhere in Northland. Headley and Skelton are accused of kidnapping Jayden.
A depositions hearing is due to start in Hamilton District Court today to decide whether Skelton will stand trial.
Skelton lost a bid in the High Court in December to be released from jail after claiming she did not know where her son was.
