KEY POINTS:
National Party leader John Key goes to Australia this week for meetings with business and political leaders.
Tomorrow, Mr Key will give a speech in Sydney to a gathering of chief executives, the CEO Forum, before meeting Australia's shadow treasurer Malcolm Turnbull. In the afternoon he will meet the leader of the NSW Liberal Party, Barry O'Farrell.
He leaves Sydney for Melbourne tomorrow night, ahead of a meeting on Thursday morning with Australian Trade Minister Simon Crean.
Mr Key is then to meet several business leaders before making another speech to the CEO Forum, in Melbourne.
He returns to Auckland on Thursday night.
Finance Minister Michael Cullen spoke at the CEO Forum in Australia last year.
