Under-fire CERA boss Roger Sutton is taking time off work after an investigation found he was guilty of serious misconduct, Prime Minister John Key has confirmed. Mr Key also said he did not hear a sexual comment about his wife Bronagh that Mr Sutton allegedly made at a public event in Christchurch.
