The man accused of murdering his twin baby boys in one of last year's highest profile homicides reappeared in court today
Chris Kahui, 21, was back in Manukau District Court charged with murdering his three-month-old twins Chris and Cru in June.
Kahui was remanded for a further pre-depositions hearing on March 21.
Kahui's lawyer, Lorraine Smith, requested more time to read 60 files of evidence provided by prosecutors. She also said an Australian medical expert being used by Kahui was not available for six weeks.
A variation to Kahui's bail conditions was granted by Judge Ajit Singh. Details of his bail conditions were suppressed.
Kahui, wearing a blue shirt and red tie, was supported by several family members in court.
