Double murder accused Chris Kahui left the High Court at Auckland yesterday flanked by his father and lawyers after being freed on bail. Kahui will live with his father, William Banjo Kahui, who gave evidence for the Crown at a depositions hearing in August.
Kahui would make no comment but his father said he was happy to have his son home for Christmas.
