Santa Claus is back in town above Auckland's newly revamped Farmers store on Queen St.
The Queen St Santa, with his two reindeer, was put in place yesterday.
It was a homecoming of sorts for Santa, who graced Farmers' landmark Hobson St store from 1960 to 1990 before moving years later to the Queen St site, then occupied by Whitcoulls.
The Farmers Santa Parade is on November 29 at 1pm.
Smith & Caughey's annual Christmas window display began on November 1.
