Name suppression has been lifted for a man whose murder trial begins today.
Wayne John Reid, 57, is charged with the murder of Dorothy Beryl Campbell, 84, whose body was found in her Henderson home by neighbours on February 22, 2008.
Name suppression was lifted by Justice Tim Brewer when the trial in the High Court at Auckland began today.
A jury of seven women and five men has been empanelled to hear Reid's trial, which is scheduled to last two weeks.
