Junior doctors and District Health Boards are entering another round of talks in an effort to resolve the dispute over pay and conditions.
Doctors staged a five-day walk out in June and talks concluded at the end of last month with an agreement to resume today.
Neither party would comment in any detail on today's talks, and the doctors' union has labelled the situation "fairly delicate".
