Judges hearing New Zealand First leader Winston Peters' bid to overturn National MP Bob Clarkson's election victory in Tauranga have reserved their judgment.
Mr Peters' electoral petition before Chief High Court Judge Tony Randerson, with Justices Lowell Goddard and Graham Panckhurst at the High Court in Tauranga, ended yesterday.
Mr Clarkson denies an allegation he breached electoral law by knowingly spending more than $20,000 during the election campaign.
The judges will report to Parliament's Speaker Margaret Wilson who will announce the result.
