A decision on whether Whanganui MP Chester Borrows will be prosecuted over an incident at a TPP protest will be known on Monday.
Judge Jim Large is due to rule if the deputy speaker of Parliament will face a careless driving causing injury charge.
A case review was held on October 17 and a decision was expected yesterday but a Whanganui District Court spokesperson said the decision will now be released Monday and emailed to interested parties.
The charge will either be dismissed or go to trial. Borrows has denied the charge.
On March 22 Borrows allegedly drove into protesters outside the Collegiate Motor Inn on Liverpool St Whanganui.
