A judicial review hearing into the alleged "misbehaviour" Supreme Court judge Bill Wilson ended in the High Court at Wellington today, with the decision reserved.
The Judicial Conduct Commissioner Sir David Gascoigne took the unprecedented step of recommending the attorney-general appoint a panel to investigate allegations against Justice Bill Wilson, 64.
Justice Wilson is asking the hearing to quash that.
The alleged misconduct centres on whether the judge disclosed enough about a business relationship with Queen's Counsel Alan Galbraith when they were both involved professionally in a Court of Appeal case early in 2007.
