The media has won the right to report on parts of a High Court hearing on the Berryman's bridge collapse, however certain details, including details of the controversial Butcher report, have been suppressed.
A Wellington High Court judge ruled last week that the contempt of court application filed by the Army against the Berryman's lawyer Bob Moodie be held in chambers.
However a large media presence today has seen him reverse that order but he has instructed that details of the Army's Court of Inquiry, including the secret report, cannot be reported.
The hearing will also consider the Army's application for costs against the Berrymans and an injunction against TVNZ which is seeking to broadcast parts of the report.
