Details of the funeral service for former All Black captain and New Zealand Rugby Union chairman Jock Hobbs have been released.
The service for Hobbs will be held at Wellington's Old Saint Pauls' at 1pm this Sunday.
The family have requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand.
Hobbs died yesterday at the age of 52 after a long battle with leukemia.
Earlier today, All Black captain Richie McCaw described Hobbs as one of the key motivators behind his team's World Cup success, while almost all of New Zealand's elite rugby players and political leaders have paid tribute to Hobbs, often referring to him as 'the man who saved rugby'.
