Jessie Lloyd Albaracin Redoble, 30, from the Philippines, was attending his first day of English classes at the King's Education language school in the CTV building on the day of the earthquake.
Police confirmed he was a victim of the earthquake on March 30, 2011.
Jessie's girlfriend, Ezra Medalle, also died in the disaster.
The couple were both nurses from Danao City in Cebu.
