Jennian Homes Wairarapa is the only Wairarapa firm to be nominated as a Gold Reserve finalist in this year's Registered Master Builder 2015 House of the Year competition.
One hundred homes around the country have been shortlisted for the top residential building award and a Carterton house built by Jennian Homes Wairarapa has been selected in the "PlaceMakers New Home $300,000 to $400,000" category.
The Gold Reserve finalists will be judged by a national judging panel to find out who will take out the ultimate accolades of the Supreme Awards for House of the Year and Renovation of the Year.
Finalists also have the opportunity to win one of the 12 national category awards, as well as separate awards for lifestyle categories such as best kitchen, best bathroom and best outdoor space.
The results will be announced at a gala dinner at The Langham hotel in Auckland on Saturday.
