What is happening today?
10am: Kay Skelton, Jayden Headley's mother, was due back in Hamilton District Court today on charges of contempt of court for refusing to disclose his whereabouts.
11am: As the hearing unfolds, her father Dick Headley, hands Jayden over to police after months of eluding officers.
12noon: Kay Skelton is brought back to the Hamilton High Court. The charge of contempt of court is dropped. The judge, Justice Heath, says she should be released from jail by 2pm.
He also orders that the media should not take any more photos of Jayden from now on, although existing ones of him can be published.
1pm: A clinical psychologist is evaluating Jayden to see his mental state.
2pm: Kay Skelton is due to be released from jail, where she has been held on contempt of court.
