KEY POINTS:
A 36-year-old Hamilton woman accused of kidnapping six-year-old Jayden Headley has been named.
Nikala Taylor's name suppression lapsed on Thursday, and Hamilton District Court decided not to continue it.
At the request of Taylor's lawyer the court ordered suppression to remain in place until last night to give her time to notify friends and family.
Taylor is jointly accused with Jayden's grandfather Dick Headley, Jayden's mother Kay Skelton of kidnap.
Their depositions hearing is set down for September.
Tania Thomasen and Jeremy Daly, of Matauri Bay, Northland, have admitted abducting the boy and will be sentenced next month.
Jayden, who was the centre of a bitter custody dispute, was taken from Hamilton Public Library last August. He was handed over to police in Hamilton in February.
