Jail visit ban lifted

Prison inmate Arthur Taylor, known for representing himself in court, and his wife Carolyn Taylor have won their bid in the High Court at Wellington to allow Mrs Taylor to resume jail visits after she was banned from doing so last year.

After a judicial review, the Corrections Department agreed to allow Mrs Taylor to visit her husband at Rimutaka and Auckland Prisons.
