New Zealand Refining Company director David Jackson has been re-elected to the board and has been reappointed chairman. Jackson is also a director of Nuplex which faces a civil case brought by the Securities Commission. He was a commission member but resigned after the action was announced. NZ Refining's chief executive Ken Rivers said Jackson received an "overwhelming" vote of confidence at the company's annual meeting on Thursday.
