Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's Pt Chevalier home has increased in value by $350,000 in three years.
The 37-year-old is one of several notable Auckland homeowners whose properties have soared in price, revealed today in the council's new valuations.
Her house - co-owned by partner Clarke Gayford - increased by $350,000 from $770,000 to $1.12 million, a gain of 46 per cent, between 2014 and 2017.
By comparison, her prime ministerial salary, revealed last month, is $493,655, including an allowance.
Her salary was $312,987 when she was the leader of the Opposition, meaning she has added $180,668 with the new role - a gain of 58 per cent.
