A fast-food restaurant owner in Beirut has gone with the war-torn concept to market his eatery. Buns and Guns (motto: A sandwich can kill you) is made out to look like a military post and diners eat to the sound of gunfire instead of music. Owner Yousef Ibrahim offers Lebanese favourites such as the "rocket-propelled grenade" (chicken on a skewer) and "terrorist bread". Buns and Guns is located in a strongly Hizbollah-supporting area, where the group's militia is lionised by many. "My goal was to make people laugh before they ask me why weapons." (Source: BBC News)

Eighteen British police officers have been disciplined after bragging on Facebook about crashing cars and hitting pedestrians. One picture showed a police vehicle in an accident with a small white car. The officer who posted it wrote: "I did him a favour.
