No emergency too small
Mikaela would like to sincerely thank the emergency dispatcher who took her 97-year-old grandmother's call last week.
When her Meals On Wheels hadn't arrived for a few days, she rang 111, and although it would have been easy for the dispatchers to brush her off, they bent over backwards to help out.
They called Meals On Wheels and Gran had a hot meal shortly thereafter. Many thanks from a grateful family!
