Shibi has been reading the book Unbelievable Facts by Geoff Tibballs. One of the many unbelievable facts, apparently, is: "In New Zealand, a cow was sentenced to two days in prison for eating the grass in front of the city courthouse." In keeping with the title of the book, Shibi found this quite unbelievable. Is there someone out there who remembers such an incident or can confirm?

In Solano County, California, a judge revoked Calvin Jones' probation on a Friday morning. A bailiff handcuffed Jones and took him to a secure room and apparently forgot all about him. Jones was still there more than 10 hours later, when a night worker found him and called sheriff's deputies to pick him up. The courthouse had closed for a long weekend, so if the janitor had not found Jones, he likely would have remained in that room until the courthouse reopened four days later. (Source: Reason.com)

A shop assistant who witnessed the crime called police and the two men were arrested as they tried to escape in a car. The strongman later told police he was a professional sumo wrestler.
