The teen whose words of wisdom following a cancer diagnosis went global has signed a book deal.
Jake Bailey captured hearts after he delivered his Christchurch Boys' High School head boy speech days after being diagnosed with Burkitt's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and being told he had three weeks to live without treatment.
He told fellow pupils to "be great, be gracious, and be grateful for the opportunities you have", footage of which went global.
In the year since Bailey has spoken to Tour de Cure Australia Snow Ball in Sydney, won Massey University's 2015 Quote of the Year and, in January, shared news his cancer was in remission.
