KEY POINTS:
An inflatable pool toy which could trap a small child has been recalled by its makers.
Owners of the Deep Blue "Flower" flotation toy have been asked to take it back to the shop where they purchased it, or send it back to its manufacturers Campbell Henri.
The toy is designed to resemble a flower and features decorative holes around it and in its centre, Campbell Henri said in a recall notice.
"There is a risk that a small child could become trapped in these holes," the company said.
Campbell Henri said it would refund owners the cost of the toy, which was widely available at K-Mart between August 2006 and January this year, and any return costs.
