Impounded, again

A disqualified driver had his Ducati motorbike impounded after twice trying to escape a police highway patrol car on the Kaimai Ranges near Tauranga on Friday.

The 20-year-old's bike had only just been returned after being impounded for 28 days after a similar incident.
