Fiji Army soldiers dressed in full camoflage gear appeal for no pictures to be taken as they patrol the area around Parliament. Fiji's military plans to reopen negotiations with George Speight's rebels in an effort to end the political crisis. The rebels have rejected the military's selection of an 18-member civilian administration, which is scheduled to be sworn in on July 4.
