Helen Clark has held on to her support as preferred Prime Minister at close to 54 per cent in a Herald DigiPoll survey released today.
National Party leader Bill English rose slightly to 14 per cent.
New Zealand First leader Winston Peters was next on 6.7 per cent.
Jim Anderton, leader of Jim Anderton's Progressive Coalition, and Greens co-leader Jeanette Fitzsimons are on 1 per cent, while Act leader Richard Prebble is now below 1 per cent.
