There are 20 cabinet ministers in the Labour-Progresive Coalition government's executive announced today, plus six ministers outside cabinet and two under-secretaries.
The cabinet

2. Dr Michael Cullen: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Minister of Revenue. Leader of the House.
3. Jim Anderton: Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Industry and Regional Development. Associate Minister of Health. Minister Responsible for the Public Trust.
4. Steve Maharey: Minister of Social Services and Employment, Minister of Broadcasting. Associate Minister of Education (Tertiary Education). Minister Responsible for Transition Tertiary Education Commission.
