Charlie is an active intelligent dog, looking for a family to have fun and exercise with.
The nine-month-old collie Labrador cross, who was surrendered to the SPCA because he was too active for his last owners, "just needs some love, as well as ongoing training and socialisation", said dog adoption councillor Kathryn Sutton.
