Save A man has dragged himself for an hour to get help after being hurt in a farm bike crash.
The 62-year-old was injured after rolling his bike in an off-road crash on a property on Driscoll Rd, Te Wharau shortly before 11am yesterday.
Masterton Sergeant Ian Osland said the man
told police he could not feel his legs.
"It had taken an hour to drag himself to a phone," Mr Osland said.
It was understood the man may have suffered head and pelvic injuries. He was in a stable condition when airlifted to Wellington Hospital.
