A woman whose stepson allegedly beat her with a 1.5m stick underwent further surgery yesterday as an autopsy was carried out on her brother, who died from injuries he suffered in the same attack.
Police are now widening the hunt for Patrick Young, 42. Aran Jenkanying, 56, and his sister Arunee, 57, were found covered in blood after what police called a "persistent and ferocious" beating in Otara last month.
