KEY POINTS:
Richard John Hubbard, aka Dick Hubbard, Mayor of Auckland City, found himself in courtroom 14 at the Auckland District Court yesterday. He was the star witness in a trespass case against Water Pressure Group spokeswoman Penny Bright.
Mr Hubbard did battle with Ms Bright, who was defending herself, while Judge Graham Hubble, Crown prosecutor Nick Webby, a policeman and a public gallery of supporters looked on. The case is continuing.
