Location Napier, Hawke's Bay
This position is a permanent full time/ part time (being the most 24 hours) over a 7 day roster, and involves mainly nights and weekends. It is very important that you can be flexible.
The successful candidate will have extensive hotel experience in front office and reservations, including a proven high level of customer service and personal presentation.
The candidate must demonstrate a high level of professional practice, enjoy working in a strong team environment, ensuring that efficiency and attention to detail is paramount.
Having experience with RoomMaster or similar reservations systems would be an added advantage.
