A wealthy Hamilton hotel owner is to stand trial after pleading not guilty to six serious sex charges.
Michael Blagojevich, 73-year-old owner of Le Grand Boutique Hotel, was committed for trial in the High Court following a depositions hearing in Hamilton District Court, The Waikato Times reported.
He was remanded on bail until next month and was ordered not to apply for any passports.
Blagojevich told the court the police investigation had "devastated" him.
"They have humiliated me. Why is this going on?" Blagojevich asked.
He then produced a sign from his jacket, reading: "MB is not guilty".
