Horse charges dropped

All horse theft charges against a Christchurch trainer were dismissed after the judge said there was no evidence about the legal ownership of the animals and she was not convinced the woman acted dishonestly.

The decision by Judge Jane Farish came at the end of a three-day hearing in Christchurch District Court where Nicola Anne Subritzky, 41, denied stealing five horses.
