KEY POINTS:

ARIES: (March 21 to April 20)
At the tail end of a crisis, you can now focus on pleasant pastimes. And because you weathered the storm well, your self-esteem and reputation are restored. Engage in unusual or experimental activities.

TAURUS: (April
21 to May 21)
You stick to the facts and speak from the heart. Strong personal principles are your guiding force this weekend and very little tempts you to stray. Even when at the mercy of others you manage to control events.

GEMINI: (May 22 to June 21)
Criticism cuts deep but where there is smoke there is fire. Nobody is fooled by your pleas of innocence and a little humility would not go astray. If you are accused of double standards, check your own behaviour.

CANCER: (June 22 to July 23)
Armed with the means and motivation you embark on a challenge. The thrill is in the chase but happy outcomes are icing on the cake and because everyone loves a winner, you gather quite a fan club.

LEO: (July 24 to August 23)
Think twice before questioning someone's motives. There is a sting in the tail of this weekend's energy and retribution could be swift or sharp. History suggests you are at your best when using tact and diplomacy.

VIRGO: (August 24 to September 23)
Romantic vibes balance nicely with earthy energy. You manage to express your emotions openly without going over the top and putting people offside. Socially, you are a magnet for those who do not quite fit the mould.

LIBRA: (September 24 to October 23)
Lunar energy takes the edge off your enthusiasm. However, if one activity does not appeal you are at least prepared to try something different. Feeling like a square peg in a round hole is no-one's idea of fun.

SCORPIO: (October 24 to November 22)
Renown for uncanny intuition, you know instinctively what is right and wrong. Offers made this weekend are instantly sorted into the yes and no baskets, leaving others in no doubt where you stand.

SAGITTARIUS: (November 23 to December 22)
Hidden tensions simmer along in an atmosphere of secrecy. Moon in sensitive Pisces prevents people speaking out despite the fact honesty is your preferred policy. Keep your own counsel until the air gradually clears.

CAPRICORN: (December 23 to January 20)
Despite your apprehension an event turns out well. And in addition to being pleasantly surprised, your ego and popularity receive a very timely boost. You also learn that fantasy has nothing in common with reality.

AQUARIUS: (January 21 to February 19)
Every action has a reaction so think carefully before making your move. Provided you conduct some research and weigh up both all consequences, harm can be prevented. Put your sensible hat on this weekend.

PISCES: (February 20 to March 20)
Moon in your sign makes you the focal point. Lap up the attention lavished on you by others and allow a sense of belonging to wash over you. Your strengths far outweigh your weaknesses at this time.

SATURDAY
YOUR DAY
Moon in Pisces distorts feelings. Situations are seen from subjective points of view and decisions are harder to make due to nebulous energy. The good news is time spent alone can help restore confidence and recharge batteries.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
An unexpected leg-up helps expand your world. Make the most of fleeting opportunities and sweep aside any personal doubts or inhibitions during this exciting life cycle. Loved ones remain firmly in your corner.

SUNDAY
YOUR DAY
A non-competitive day is forecast. Self-absorption is the primary reason for any lack of aggression but laziness comes a close second. Artistic pastimes are favoured and ideas that emerge from left field might border on genius.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
The more things change the more they remain the same. Fortunately continuity suits your current mood and you are comfortable leading a fairly quiet life. Focus on self-improvement or awareness in the months ahead.
