Dame Kiri Te Kanawa will be inducted into the Hollywood Bowl hall of fame today, singing two duets with Frederica von Stade and some solo arias at the ceremony, the Ventura County Star reports.
The opera star, who has been focusing on recitals and solo concerts, told the Los Angeles Times that she had decided to sing the role of the Marschallin in Der Rosenkavalier one last time next year in Cologne.
