A real estate team-building exercise at a conference had to carry on into the real world, with Bayleys real estate employees having to sell off about 70 dog kennels for charity.
The Masterton team managed to raise $800 through raffling the kennel they had assembled.
The winner was drawn on Tuesday.
Manager Mark Morison explained how all their residential agents had to put kennels together at the conference, with instructions to sell them and donate the money to charity.
He said they donated the money to the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind's guide-dog programme.
