Name suppression has been lifted for the three people charged over a home invasion that left a man dead in east Auckland last month.
Jason Noe Kia Chong Boon, 26, died after intruders broke into his home at 1pm on November 18.
His partner, who was at home with their 3-year-old daughter, alerted police to the attack.
Guy Nicholas Wilson, 36, a labourer from Otara, and Paul Junior Grace, 24, unemployed from East Tamaki, were jointly charged with murder.
Grace, together with his girlfriend Annette Louise Elaine Heta, 27, also a labourer from Otara, was charged with kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
