CLUB REVIEW
Just a quick review of what the club is achieving and in the progress of completing, the past few weeks the greenkeeper has been coring and sanding the greens with great success so the will be bouncing back very quickly they no that this causes some conflict with the members but this has to be done to ensure that the greens are kept in good shape for the future, thanks to Robbie, Bryan, George and Des for helping Garth with this job on the greens, it is greatly appreciated by Garth as it makes his job that little bit easier.
Thanks to Garth and Robbie for all there great work on the course this is very appreciated by all of the members of the club. We also have a few big tournaments coming in the next few months; we have the DB Business
House tournament on the 2nd October, The Mahunga Open on Labour weekend. And the Mahunga Golf Club future development tournament on the 26th 27th November.

Age Players - Accomplished golfers who have recorded one of two equally unusual golfing achievements: playing a round of 18 holes at the end of which they had a score equal to their age, or playing a round of 18 holes during all of which they acted their age.
Scratch Player - A player with a handicap of zero; a par golfer; a rat; a louse; a stinker.
