The man accused of intentionally infecting people with HIV made a brief appearance in the Auckland District Court this morning.
Glenn Richard Albert Mills is facing 28 charges relating to 14 men and women who he is accused of intentionally infecting with HIV.
The charges Mills faces include wounding or attempted wounding with reckless disregard and infecting with a disease and attempting to infect with a disease.
Mills was remanded in custody and will next appear in November when oral evidence will be heard.
