A highway in Tasman district is partially blocked after a truck and trailer rolled this morning.
The truck crashed on State Highway 6 near Foxhill, southwest of Wakefield, about 5.15am.
Police southern communications Inspector Lindsay Turner said the driver was injured but his condition was not known.
The New Zealand Transport Agency said the road was partially blocked and a stop-go was in place.
Mr Turner said there were no detours in place and there would be some hold-ups on the road, also known as the Wakefield-Kohatu Highway.
