High-speed chase through Upper Hutt

Three vehicles were damaged when the driver of a stolen car sped through Upper Hutt yesterday.

The police spotted him leaving a Trentham property at high speed about 2pm.

He reached up to 100km/h, hit another car at a controlled intersection and caused minor damage to two police cars.
