High-risk sex offender Darren Albert Jolly, who has been living in a flat in Dunedin, is back behind bars after being arrested by police earlier this week.
Jolly, 50, is subject to strict parole conditions and to a 10-year extended supervision order (ESO).

Jolly appeared in the Dunedin District Court on Tuesday facing two charges of breaching the conditions of his ESO. He was granted interim name suppression.
However, no further suppression was sought during his appearance in court today.
