A Herald front page splashed in London's Metro newspaper has won one lucky New Zealander a trip home.
During the final week of the Rugby World Cup, Kiwi expats took photos of themselves holding the front page of theHerald that was published in Metro or standing next to a digital billboard in Hammersmith which featured front pages of New Zealand newspapers.
The Herald's front page featured a story about irregular heartbeats and nail-biting rugby games and a picture of All Black Sonny Bill Williams.
Participants in the Kiwis Together competition uploaded their photos and went into the draw to win a return trip home for two on Air New Zealand flights.
It was run by the Newspaper Publishers Association to show how papers and their websites keep Kiwis abroad connected with home.
