National Party MP Tau Henare has stirred up more trouble on his Twitter feed by describing ex-MP Hone Harawira as "so racist, he puts chocolate milk in his cup of tea".
Henare posted the comment this afternoon, addressing the remark to Social Development Minister Paula Bennett, although he did mis-spell her name.
The MP has become known as the Minister of Twitter for his prolific use of the social media platform, sending almost 7,000 tweets in the past year and taking the opportunity to snipe at his opponents live during parliamentary debates and question time.
It is unclear what sparked his latest shot at Harawira, although there has been no shortage of bad blood between the two men in recent months.
The Prime Minister was not eager to discuss Henare's latest Twitter outburst when he was asked whether he thought the tweet was a good look today. He says he hasn't seen it and doesn't want to comment on it.
