A hearing scheduled for the teenager who killed young Ashburton mother Sina Solomona has been postponed.
The now 17-year-old, who has name suppression, was scheduled to appear in the High Court at Timaru today but that hearing has now been put off for at least another week.
It is the latest delay after the teen was scheduled to appear on February 14 for sentencing, following his guilty plea last October to charges of murder and sexual violation by unlawful sexual connection.
The courts would not say why the hearing has been postponed.
Ms Solomona was found in a pool of blood at the back of her Cass Street home in Ashburton on December 15, 2012.
