A case involving a schoolteacher charged with sex offences against a female pupil will go to a depositions hearing in Auckland next month.
The 42-year-old schoolteacher, who has interim name suppression, faces three charges of indecently assaulting the girl, who was 14 to 15 at the time of alleged offences in 2001 and 2002.
Since his arrest in May, he has been suspended by the school, the identity of which has also been suppressed.
A depositions hearing will be held in the North Shore District Court on August 24.
