The head of King's College has written to parents explaining his version of events surrounding the death of student, David Gaynor.
The 17-year-old died after an incident at a motorway overbridge, following the school's ball last weekend.
Bradley Fenner says suggestions David Gaynor or anyone else had been expelled from King's because of events at the ball, are entirely wrong.
He also says only two students had to be collected by parents.
Mr Fenner says he's met with police to discuss their investigation, and is also taking advice about issues relating to the monitoring, prevention and detection of drug use amongst students.
